THESE TERMS OF USE TOGETHER WITH THE PRIVACY POLICY AND ANY SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS, CONDITIONS, OR RULES POSTED TO A SPECIFIC AREA OF THE SITE/SERVICES (COLLECTIVELY, "TERMS") SET FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS GOVERNING YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES. By entering the Site or using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and rules stated in these Terms. We may modify these Terms at any time; your continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Jurisdiction and Governing Law (Canada)

Quick Compare is not an insurance company or insurance agent. We do not endorse any specific insurer, product, or discount. We do not guarantee that any Insurance Service will contact you or provide coverage. All Content is provided on an "AS-IS" basis. We disclaim all warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

By providing your telephone number or email via the Site, you consent to receive marketing calls, text messages, and emails from Quick Compare and our partner insurance providers, where permitted under Canadian anti-spam legislation (CASL). Standard message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or using opt-out mechanisms. Calls may be recorded for quality assurance.

All content, trademarks, logos, and design elements on the Site are owned by Quick Compare or used under license. THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY CANADIAN LAW, QUICK COMPARE AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00 CAD).

11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration (Canada)

Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act (Ontario), unless otherwise agreed. The arbitration shall take place in Toronto, Ontario, and each party shall bear its own costs. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted. You waive the right to a trial by jury. Disputes must be brought within one (1) year of the date the claim arose.
